הצהרת נגישות

אנו מייחסים חשיבות רבה למתן שירות נגיש ושוויוני לכלל המשתמשים, לרבות אנשים עם מוגבלות, ופועלים לשיפור מתמשך של נגישות האתר. אנו נעזרים בהנחיות ת"י 5568 (המבוססות על WCAG 2.0 ברמה AA) ובתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013, כמסגרת-עבודה וכיעד. נכון למועד זה האתר מצוי בתהליך הנגשה ואינו עומד עדיין במלוא דרישות התקן — ראו "מגבלות ידועות" ו"אופן ההערכה" להלן.
מה הונגש באתר
- האתר מבוסס טקסט וטבלאות נתונים סמנטיות — ללא וידאו, אנימציות מהבהבות או תוכן מבוסס-זמן.
- הגדרות שפה וכיווניות תקינות (עברית/RTL, עם תמיכה בשפות נוספות).
- ניתן להגדיל את התצוגה באמצעות הדפדפן (Ctrl +) ללא שבירת הפריסה.
- טפסים מרכזיים כוללים תוויות המקושרות לשדות (label / for).
- ניווט וְהפעלה מלאים במקלדת — כולל שורות-הנתונים האינטראקטיביות והפקדים (Tab, Enter/רווח).
- מחוון-מיקוד (focus) גלוי בעת ניווט במקלדת, וקישור "דלג לתוכן הראשי".
- שיפור ניגודיות-הצבעים בטקסטים משניים, ותיאורי-נגישות לפקדים גרפיים ואייקונים.
- כותרות-עמודות משויכות בטבלאות-הנתונים (scope), מיון-טבלאות הפעיל במקלדת, וסימון-כיוון (▲/▼) לצד ערכי רווח/הפסד כך שהמשמעות אינה תלויה בצבע בלבד.
- גרפים מלווים בטבלת-נתונים מלאה ונגישה (הגרף עצמו מסומן כהמחשה בלבד לקורא-מסך).
מגבלות ידועות
האתר נמצא בתהליך הנגשה הדרגתי. ייתכנו רכיבים שטרם הונגשו במלואם, ובכלל זה סימון-כיוון שאינו-רק-צבעוני לחלק מערכי הרווח/הפסד, מבנה-כותרות מלא בחלק מהתצוגות הדינמיות, ותאימות מלאה לקורא מסך בטבלאות מורכבות. אנו פועלים לשיפור מתמשך של רכיבים אלה.
אופן ההערכה
הצהרה זו מבוססת נכון למועד עדכונה על בדיקה עצמית של האתר מול הנחיות ת"י 5568 / WCAG 2.0 AA. טרם בוצעה בדיקת-נגישות על-ידי מורשה-נגישות מוסמך, והיא מתוכננת להשלמת תהליך ההנגשה. אין באמור משום הצהרה על עמידה מלאה בתקן. אנו פועלים לעשות את המרב להשלמת תהליך-ההנגשה ולביצוע בדיקה על-ידי מורשה-נגישות מוסמך, ולעדכן הצהרה זו בהתאם.

Accessibility Statement

We consider accessible, equal service for all users — including people with disabilities — highly important, and we work to continuously improve the site's accessibility. We use Israeli Standard 5568 (based on WCAG 2.0 Level AA) and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, as our framework and target. As of this update the site is undergoing an accessibility process and does not yet meet the full requirements of the standard — see "Known limitations" and "How this was assessed" below.
What has been made accessible
- The site is text-based with semantic data tables — no video, flashing animations, or time-based content.
- Correct language and direction settings (Hebrew/RTL, with support for additional languages).
- The display can be enlarged via the browser (Ctrl +) without breaking the layout.
- Key forms include labels linked to their fields (label / for).
- Full keyboard navigation and operation — including interactive data rows and controls (Tab, Enter/Space).
- A visible focus indicator during keyboard navigation, and a "skip to main content" link.
- Improved color contrast for secondary text, and accessibility descriptions for graphical controls and icons.
- Column headers associated in data tables (scope), keyboard-operable table sorting, and direction markers (▲/▼) next to gain/loss values so meaning does not rely on color alone.
- Charts are accompanied by a full, accessible data table (the chart itself is marked as illustrative only for screen readers).
Known limitations
The site is undergoing gradual accessibility work. Some components may not yet be fully accessible, including non-color-only direction markers for some gain/loss values, a complete heading structure in some dynamic views, and full screen-reader compatibility in complex tables. We are working to continuously improve these components.
How this was assessed
As of its update date, this statement is based on a self-assessment of the site against Israeli Standard 5568 / WCAG 2.0 AA. An audit by a certified accessibility expert has not yet been performed and is planned as part of completing the accessibility process. Nothing here constitutes a declaration of full conformance with the standard. We are working to complete the accessibility process, to have the site audited by a certified accessibility expert, and to update this statement accordingly.
