Sightfile היא פלטפורמת-מידע מקוונת שמרכזת, מארגנת ומציגה נתונים פיננסיים ציבוריים על שוקי-ההון (בעיקר האמריקאי), ממקורות רגולטוריים ורשמיים בלבד — בעברית ובאנגלית, במקום אחד. אנחנו הופכים נתונים גולמיים ומפוזרים לתמונה קריאה, מאורגנת ונגישה — לצורכי מידע והתמצאות בלבד.
מה אנחנו עושים
ממניות ותעודות-סל ועד נגזרים, סחורות ואג"ח — אנחנו מציגים לכל נכס את השכבות שמתחת לפני השטח (החזקות מוסדיות, זרימות, מכרזים, נתוני-מאקרו ועוד), מצליבים בין המקורות, ומתרגמים את הדיווח היבש לתצוגה ברורה ומאורגנת. השירות אינו מבצע מסחר או ניהול-תיקים ואינו ניגש לחשבונות המשתמשים.
המקורות שלנו — מאיפה מגיע כל נתון
כל הנתונים מגיעים ממקורות ציבוריים ורשמיים בלבד. להלן המקור המדויק לכל תחום:

Sightfile is an information service only — not investment advice, marketing, or a recommendation, and nothing here is tailored to your personal circumstances. The service does not execute trades or manage portfolios and does not access users' accounts.

All data comes from public, official sources only. Here is the exact source for each area:
- Filings, institutional holdings (13F/13D/G), ETF composition (N-PORT), fails-to-deliver (FTD), insiders, IPOs & M&A, institutional options and derivatives — the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC EDGAR) · public domain.
- Macro indicators (inflation, employment) — the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS); the "sticky/flexible" CPI — the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta (via FRED, with citation).
- Bond yields, the yield curve, auctions and national debt — the U.S. Treasury (TreasuryDirect) · public domain.
- Federal Reserve liquidity (balance sheet, reverse repo) — the Federal Reserve (via FRED) · public domain.
